Account Registration & Eligibility

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirement checks.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met. 265bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Security & Fair Play
All games on the 265bet Platform use certified Random Number Generators from licensed providers. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.
Responsible Gaming

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the use of the 265bet Platform must first be submitted to the 265bet support team. The Company's decision on all betting and gaming matters is final, subject to any applicable escalation procedure outlined in these Terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the full range of services offered by 265bet, you must create a Player Account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations and to the ongoing use of any registered account on the Platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity). You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. 265bet targets the Bangladesh market; it is your responsibility to confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 265bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 265bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify the support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
265bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may require documentary proof of identity and address at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the 265bet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 265bet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your card issuer's approval.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
- Maximum Withdrawal: Single withdrawal requests are subject to limits that may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Processing times may vary during periods of high network load or maintenance.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) business hours, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. 265bet reserves the right to request verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.
- Own Account Requirement: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any deposit originating from a third-party payment account may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation.
- Transaction Fees: 265bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 265bet bears no responsibility.
- Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency conversion is offered or implied.
- Declined Deposits: If a deposit is not credited to your account within thirty (30) minutes of a confirmed transaction from your payment provider, you must contact 265bet support with proof of the transaction. 265bet will investigate and resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
265bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Players are advised to review all bonus conditions before claiming any promotional offer.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on 265bet welcome bonus funds is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period stated at the time of the offer.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
265bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will continue to apply to that player for the duration of the relevant promotion period, unless the modification is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.
265bet monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk wagers to satisfy wagering requirements, hedging bets across multiple outcomes using bonus funds, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is detected, 265bet reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and other gaming products offered on the 265bet Platform are subject to the general rules in this section, as well as any product-specific rules displayed within each game or market.
- Bet Acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until the Platform has displayed an explicit acceptance confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Wagers that have not received this confirmation are not valid.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and are displayed within each market or game before placement. 265bet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
- Void Bets: Bets may be voided in the event of a data feed error, manifest pricing error, event cancellation, or any other circumstance that renders settlement impossible or unfair. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
- Live Betting: In-play wagers on cricket (including BPL and IPL markets), football, and other sports are accepted up to the moment the relevant market is closed. 265bet is not liable for any delay in live data feeds that may affect live betting decisions.
- Pricing Errors: Where a wager has been accepted at a price that is clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, 265bet reserves the right to settle the wager at the correct price or to void the wager entirely. The player will be notified of any such adjustment.
- Game Disconnection: In the event of a network disconnection during a live casino session or game round, the hand or round in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. 265bet is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
- RNG Certification: All slot games and random-outcome table games on the Platform use Random Number Generators that are independently certified for fairness and randomness by the respective game providers. 265bet does not modify or influence the outcome of any certified game.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 265bet Platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Underage Gambling: Use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age is absolutely prohibited.
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for any deposit that has been genuinely credited and wagered on the Platform constitutes fraud.
- Money Laundering: The Platform must not be used to launder funds or to conceal the origin of any money. 265bet is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Players must not collude with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, exploits, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly forbidden.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to operate your account, is prohibited.
- Abusive Behaviour: Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at any 265bet employee or other player via any communication channel will result in immediate account action.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
265bet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and secure at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
265bet does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. 265bet will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
Gambling involves risk. 265bet accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by a player as a result of wagering on the Platform, provided that the game or market was settled correctly in accordance with its stated rules. Players are solely responsible for the wagering decisions they make.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 265bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 265bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform incorporates games, data feeds, and payment services provided by third-party suppliers. 265bet is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or service failures attributable solely to a third-party supplier, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues affecting our players' experience.

Amendments, Termination and General Provisions

The amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the 265bet support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
265bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or unusual wagering patterns. In cases of confirmed Terms violations, 265bet may forfeit any account balance and void any pending wagers without obligation to the player.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the 265bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 265bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.
